Gah! Well spotted, peoples! That missing Metro door seems to be linked to Broken Steel, so I'll look into that later (I have all the DLC's) - although the voids that are visible near the conference room - I see that as well now. Quick fix will arrive sometime later today to tackle the big issues.
About the clutter though - I wasn't really my intention to fill the place up, it depends on what time I have - once my car crash pains have healed up I'll be back in full-time work. I was always aiming for the rebuild of the areas, like broken floors, rubble etc. Who knows though, cos I'm totally hooked on this thing now.
Hallelujah though, cos I also just found out why a piece of rubble kept appearing despite me deleting it - Broken Steel adds it, bah!
i just downloaded and viewed it. it's great except for a few observations:
1. the stairwell and doorways leading to the conference hall from the hall of columns have "void" or "blank" areas.
2.You covered the entrance way to the presidential metro so no one can access the metro line anymore.
this has great potential. Just the thought of doing a rebuild of the capitol building is worth the praise. Hope you can do the national archives next... that'll be great.
i just downloaded it an hour ago or so. almost all the buildign is missing clutter and items/boxes. all the radio equipment is gone almost all the rooms are empty, and the 2 major problems are (1) in the house of columns. coming from the conference room you can see the entire are as with no walls in some of the doorways near there. the other major problem ( if you have broken steel) the door is underground (not connected to the map)
Hrm yeah, I should have split it up into seperate files. One thing to note though is the removal of triggers and such for, say, the Behemoth battle in the main area. I'm still a learner to Geck, just a couple of weeks so far - the reason I've seemingly come so far is because I'm off sick recovering (ribs!) from totalling my car :/ I have loads of free time.
As for NPC's - that's still out of my league right now, would be nice though. No, it doesn't alter the outside appearance in any way - I did try though, lord knows I did - I fired up the likes of Blender/NifSkope/GMax and tried my best to fix the dome. I can partly be fixed with ease, but importing and exporting the files are beyond me. If anyone is interested, the dome (interior version): If you remove the broken parts from the roof you'll end up with exactly 180 degrees of roof which can be duplicated and rotated to fill the other gap. The smaller (higher) part of the roof is in one piece though. Maybe someone can do something with that info. But there's still the outside versions (normal and LOD). Tons of work really.
Anyhoo, I've been through this rebuild a lot, but if you see any visual glitches let me know please.
