   I kept lazily messing around with load order trying to figure out why I wasn't seeing any storms during my playtime. Thanks for the real fix!

   Quite simply: it works. Even on a clean install of Fallout, FWE, MMM, EVE, Fellout, and Enh. Weather, with the latest FOIPs - I would get periods where Enhanced Weather would just stop working for weeks. This is a handy tool.
