   Here a place for Tom when you have a merchant already (like Steiner, for me).
   If it would be here, two mods could be used.

   Eh.... looks pretty cheap = using this you could just boost all of your stats for 50 caps a point [or two points if you took the Comprehension perk]

   looks good will be downloading when I get home.
   
   Guys look at the pics from him. Shows he's by Flak N Shrapnel.
   He's Russian (?) so i'm guessing might not be best in English hence the lack of description.
