NOTE: please replace crash with freeze in my post. This gives a better description of my issue.
    Thank you.

I have played FO3GOTY for YEARS!!!! with very little crashes; like maybe 3-4 a play-through. Then just recently - like a week ago, I get crashes every time I move, fast travel, etc. with NO understanding as to the cause of this issue.
I have read a few note/posts on the topic and there seems to be an issue with multi core processors and/or AMD processors, but again, until now, I have never had continual game crashes like I am experiencing at the moment.
I would greatly appreciate any and all input/comments, HOWEVER, please leave the roasting, joking, unkind comments to yourself. If you post a comment and there are 2 ways to take the comment, I will take the offensive meaning and report it. I have had my warnings and have stopped. So can you.
    Thank you for your time,

PS: Kingdeath, Here is my system info:

Thanks man, this really stops me from pulling my hair out. Though i still have crashes, they dont happen every 10 minutes like they used to be.

Also, how can you tell if you have a multiple quad processor? ....

"control panel then click on "system" then see what you are running"

OMFG THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!!!

It's just AMAZING and UNREAL how I can actually play my Fallout 3 game now with some studdering but no crashes as of yet. I've been playing for the last hour and it's wonderful.

Before, I would Sprint or would enter a new area near Willhelm's Warf and the game would just freak out. Not anymore. She's a 100% more stable and it's just great. I always loved Fallout 3, but got away from it because of all the crashing. No more!

And I'm running FWE + MMM + EVE + all other kinds of stuff too.

What did it for me, was downloading CFF Explorer and setting both FOSE and the FO3 App to use addresses >2GB in the File Header.

And I downloaded the Game performance booster and set that to use FOSE. Thank You Again!!!

In the guide you asked to be informed about other fixes and I think this may be a fairly good one - Invisible Wall Bug Remover.
