    OK, found out why i couldnt harvest dead human NPCs. I just had to put this mod at the end of my mod list. Ya, pretty noob.

    I do have to say that this mod works well with FWE, and yes Human Meat counts to filling your belly when you have pangs of hunger!

    It also warms my heart to see my followers eat the Human meat i leave out on shiny white plates, when they are hungry. Birds of a feather...

    I have noticed what i think might be a bug. If you come across an already dead body, you cant Harvest the meat can you? Otherwise a great and NOT overpowered mod.!

    I also found that everytime i killed a raider i could not harvest. It dawned on me right now, that i am invisible (Operation Alaska Stealthwire), and maybe that is the problem?

    I will post my finding tonight when i get home.

    Update
    Makes no difference if i am invised or not. I cannot harvest any human meat from any human type NPC, regardless if i killed them or not.

    I was playing today, thought "you know, this perk would be much better if I just got strange meat from it." I came here looking, and found it immediately. W00t.

    Very nice mod making the roleplay as a cannibal greater!
    I don't know if it's possible but if you are developing this it whould be nice if the body where "dismemberred" after eating (not exploiding).

    Do you think it would be possible for this to be done:


    Upon consumption the corpse is turned into a pile of dust , just like the effect one sees after some laser hits (I think they are criticals not sure). So one would see the player character go through the motions of chowing down then the corpse becomes dust. Still lootable but just apile of dust.


    Umm... IMO. It would be better if the body would explode upon devouring just like when you shoot a person in the torso with the Bloody Mess perk. It feels... more "realistic".

    Ahem... please excuse my sadism. xD

    Alright, there's now two versions in the zip; one with human flesh, one with strange meat. Only use one at a time!

    Also, there's now also blood packs on the bodies of your human enemies if you're a cannibal; a little bonus if you're both cannibal and hematophage. So now no part of the body goes to waste!

    Uzibeatle - I'll have a look at the code; I imagine the hard part would be working out how the ash pile gets the same items as the original corpse. If I could get it to work, I imagine I could also have the body turn into one of those mutilated skinless bodies you sometimes see in raider dens...

    Usikava - Thanks! Feel free to use the idea - I really like the idea of your mod, though I haven't had the chance to play around with it much.

    WhiteArchey - Strange meat shows up in a few places in the game, always in locations with cannibals. I used strange meat here instead of the human flesh item because the human flesh restores as much health as devouring corpses - more, if you've got the food sanitiser. I wanted there to be a drawback to being able to take the meat with you for later; two strange meat gives less health.

    Strange Meat is meat used in Andele mb you didn't encountered that mini event so I won't create any more spoilers...
