Sorry, Desaster. I desinstalled the game some years ago, but it always worked fine for me. Just try pushing the mod down in your load order just in case there is another mod that interferes with the same place :)
i got a question how long does this usually take you to make such wonderful pieces of art ? i mean i am trying to make a clothing mod and i am failing terribly i am not asking for your secret but man it looks like it is a walk in the park for you
Razor, for this mod I used some beautiful meshes and textures created by other authors, so it didn't took me so long as mods where I've made everything from scratch.
I can tell you how long it has taken me to make my latest mods, the ones for Fallout 4, as are the ones I still have all the backup files at different stages and can take a look at their dates XD
* The first Fallout 4 mod (the first one in a new game takes me always longer as there are a lot of new things to learn: new file formats, new tools, etc): http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11879/? The oldest Blender file I have is from 13/02/2016 and I released the first version of the mod on 11/04/2016. And one month later (22/05/2016) I added the second set of clothes.

not really. doesn't say what floor. is it in player's apartment? if so it conflicts with other mods. the baseid numbers are a mystery for some reason. why?

I played Fallout 3 some years ago (more than 4 yeras ago!), so I am not sure how many floors there were there, but I think it was in the second floor (or third). That white thing behind the plants at the right side of the picture I think was a kind of a balcony.
