Agree with Kresox' comment below. Straightforward, fun mod that works very well and integrates almost seamlessly into the game. Decent quest, not long-winded, nice and simple for thickies like me, and a conveniently located, credible, unelaborate base for the reward. Hard for enemies to find, and easily defensible if they should.
I did have a couple of minor issues transitioning from one area to another, but these didn't repeat themselves and they were nothing that particularly detracts from the mod. Very good work and in my opinion deserving of more downloads and endorsements than it's had in over eight years.
Oldie but goldie, this is the kind of simple yet very good mods that I'm specially fond of. There's and interesting short story and quest, a bit of action, and as a reward a cozy hideout (not tiny but pleasantly cluttered and protected) and a handy shortcut if you travel on foot between Megaton and Arlington Cemetery. No issues detected, works perfectly.

I ran through it with Jericho a few times and he didn't get stuck with the this version.
