I uploaded the Zombie Apocalypse mod. Only now, it is modified so that the zombies don't use one model they use multiple zombie models added by MMM. My Zombie Apocalypse.esp requires MMM. Zombie Apocalypse adds thousands of spawns of MMM Ghouls with unique zombie scripts that have a chance to infect humans and unique roaming AI.
The original author of Zombie Apocalypse is FoxtrotZulu, who was banned from Nexus, along with his upload. All credit for my mod goes to him, I simply edited his ZombieEasy creature to follow a random-model-spawning template, his original scripts remain intact. His mod spawns zombies all around the player using an intelligent spawning script compatible with everything. His mod is the only effective zombie mod for fallout 3. It is brilliant. The only drawback was that the zombies all looked the same. I edited the ESP, so now the zombies are ghouls, but they have around 9 variations. Examine the template setup of ZombieEasy Creature in Zombie Apocalypse.esp using fo3edit to easilyy add your own variations, by duplicating the creature variation you wish to add to "Zombie" into ZombieApocalypse.esp, by first adding the ESP or ESM that contains your desired creature record as a Master to ZombieApocalypse.esp, then duplicating the creature record into ZombieApocalypse.esp and renaming it. Then add a reference to the creature record to the leveled creature list that ZombieEasy references as it's template: (VarFeralGhoul1XXX). Then make your creature record use template data, and the template that all the other zombie creature variations use: (CrFeralGhoul1AXX)
Good lookin out. If any of you play GMOD I also made a version of this same mod minus the Armory for GMOD its called the same thing and under the same Author name. On the steam workshop. I just signed back in today its been a while sorry guys life took a turn and I don't do much anymore. I gave away my Oblivion and kept my FO3 GOY edition but I don't have them installed any longer and I rarely play games.

To all of you who downloaded and or Endorsed this mod thank you. If you happened to come across this mod and were coming back to check the comments for clues and such I would just like to say that its been years now. The likely hood of me doing anything more to this mod is slim. Since the zombie mod is no longer available, its unlikely you will need this house for zombies.
I recently uploaded two other mods I made shortly after this one they just weren't released till now. They are a "Billboard Home" and a small settlement mod called "Survivors Lane." other than that. I appreciate you all. Alot of time went into these and to see that so many people enjoyed them besides myself made it all worth the effort. Im kicking around the idea of getting back into the geck but so much has been forgotten.
Thank YOU for the work and mods. I'll try this out, at peek at your other mods. I LOVE the poster in the pics "Resist the New World Order"..oh yea. Where did you get that or did you make it ? I would love to have that as a "Placeable Poster". Hah, I stick it all over the wasteland, lol. Thanks again.
It has been a while since I last visited the house, but I believe there is an access hatch on the ground floor of the house. That should lead to either the armoury itself, or the basement and you can access the armoury from there.
Can you maybe add more?, I mean like a cage or maybe some more traps outside since they always rush me plz?
If you are having a problem with the number of zombies outside the house, you could adjust their number and spawn times in the console. Instructions on how to do so are in the readme file for Zombie Apocalypse.
