It's more balanced than "Better Power Armor" which in my opinion raised the damage resistance much too high while still retaining the old "Power Armor" feel.
Would have preferred that you kept the "Power Armor" name for the Enclave armor's though. Or maybe even "Advanced Power Armor Mark III" ? Hehe.
Now if only I could get the armor modifications from this mod, and the helmet modifications from better powerarmors, I'd be really happy... (because the better powerarmor mod makes the armors too powerful, but wearing enclave armor with ledoux's hockeymask would look a bit silly).
Added new version with weight allowance (credits to Dopp for the idea!) and also the munchkiny third Tesla piece.
Madcat: I lowered the Ranger Armor DR to be 5 less than the metal armor and 1 less than the standard combat armor to make them a bit more viable, but who am I kidding? I'd still pick the Ranger armor over any non-powered armor.

Also, the Outcast Recon armor and regular Recon armor are exactly the same --- perhaps give the Outcast version a higher Sneak / DR value?
Shouldn't "Tesla Shield battery" be "Tesla Battery Shield" ?
A battery providing damage resistance makes much less sense compared to a shield providing damage resistance.
