This could have potentially been an interesting mod but unfortunately it's really as the description says - beta, i.e. unfinished. It adds an interesting settlement in quite a logical location, but the houses are unfinished (e.g. some doors look like black voids instead of doors) or have very disproportional interiors (i.e. a normal-sized house, you enter it and you're in a huge mansion). There are also issues with NPCs, which by default just stand still without any kind of routine; and the whole settlement is in Tinker Joe's route - he and his companions do eventually magically do through the fence, but then they get into a fight with this mod's NPCs and end up dead. The principle of following notes with clues across the Wasteland (instead of being led by quest markers) is actually something I personally quite like, but I gave up after finding one note hovering in the air. There's just too many issues.
I really like this mod, its actually very good and i bet the people who said it wasint that good or that its too basic or its awful have obiously never tried modding and they prob didnt even try the mod, i really like this mod once again and i would recoment people downloading it

So, let me get this straight, you've taken out all the textures and meshes and want us all to comment and ??? in order to get you to update or finish to a better state? To me that smacks of 'ego' .... so no thank you. If you put up a mod that is finished and something you are proud of - great, I'll download and take a look. If I feel like I have to "woo" the modmaker ... no thanks.
great idea! every time i traveled to Tennpenny Tower i thought, too bad there´s not more than this tower ... i use the crowded cities mod, and i think more towns is what we need ;
p.s., looks great so far, i´m on the journey to the next note ...
