About this mod

This mod changes all of the chems in the game to a much more realistic version for those of you who are true survivalists.

Permissions and credits
Well Apparently the final version wasn't the final version lol. After the complaints about Rad-X addictions not going away, I went ahead and removed the addiction properties. Also a minor issue with the pipboy still calling Morphine "Med-X" during addictions, this was also fixed.

This mod should now be perrrrrrfect!

Version Final
Fixed an issue where when you increased your Med skill, it wouldn't give you extra HPs. This is fixed and is the final version of this mod.

Version 1.3 Update
Fixed issue where Stimpacks were not healing limbs, now they do heal limbs.

Version 1.2 Updates
- Fixed Mentats (was giving 10 minute effect instead of 7.5)
- Updated the text on the Faster Metabolism Perk to state that it now reduces Stimpack times by 50%.
- Tested and verified Chemist Perk is working properly.

Here are a list of modified changes from the normal chems.

Updated Chem Weights:
Buffout - 0.4
Jet/UltraJet - 0.4
Mentats/Flavored Mentats - 0.2
Psycho - 1.0
Radaway - 1.0
Rad-X - 0.1
Stimpack - 0.5
Morphine (Previously Med-X) - 0.2

Updated Chem Addictions:
Any Pills - 20%
Any Inhaler (Jet) - 30%
Any Needles - 40%

Other Notes:

Both Stimpacks and Radaway have the normal values for healing/rad reduction, however they work over 30 consecutive seconds. (Example: Base healing for stimpacks are 30 HP instant recovery, now it would be 30 HP over 30 seconds. If you inject 2 stimpacks together, you would heal 60 HP over 60 seconds. I got my Medicine skill to 50 and I was healing 60 HP over 30 seconds, which is 2 HP/second). I believe you will heal 4 HP/second when your Medicine skill gets up to 100. This takes the instant stimpack invincibility exploit OUT of the game and makes it much more realistic in my opinion.

ALL Chems (Besides Stimpacks and Radaway) last 7.5 minutes. The Chemist perk would increase that to 15 minutes.

I had to make changes to Faster Metabolism Perk. Instead of granting you 20% extra HP from Stimpacks, now your Stimpacks work twice as fast. (Example: 2 HP for 15 seconds instead of 1 HP for 30 seconds).

Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\Fallout3\Data\
2. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the .esp file from \Fallout 3\Data\

Incompatibility
===============
Any effecting what this mod already does.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
If you have the Faster Metabolism Perk, after 15 seconds a message will popup saying "Stimpack effect has ended" which is what it is supposed to do, however 15 seconds later it will tell you that again thinking your still on the 30 second timer. This does not effect healing or gameplay in anyway however, it's just confusing at first.
