I cannot open the spawn object for the clutter box, when I clicked the clutter box it only shows the items that only can be save to the players inventory, but I can't spawn object
My first two questions are: 1) did you correctly install FOSE and start your game with it, and 2) did you read through the "Feng Shui for Dummies" book, located in the Aid section of your Pipboy?
Yep, I've updated the fose version, and I located the Feng shui for dummies book in the aid section, but my only problem is the clutter box, other than that, everything else is fine
Hello, I am new to modding although I am using them for years. What I was wondering if it's possible to export cell data from save game?
I am mostly using GECK but for some quick environmental edit I found "Feng Shui" works better for me. What I wonder is, if I can get that specific cell data from save games.
(When you alter something with Feng Shui, it stays there so it must write that data to somewhere. All save games have their own altered environment so the cell data I mentioned must be kept in save files.)
I been Googling tons of different keywords and none of them answered my question. I try save game editors and even look up the hex editing. I try to learn how Save Game structure works to see where it holds specific data but it was also no avail but I know even though I searched different keywords and look up different websites, I might still miss some search results or some forum post, conversation etc.
If you have any information about this topic and share it I would be really grateful.
This mod is OK, very easy to use, very convinient. I mostly will use it to make HQ for factions, or modify some existing structures to make them look like HQ for some NPC factions, or camps for Wastlanders/Travelers. OR my char while traveling.
What I find so bad, is that we can't spawn fire in barrel or a campfire with the spawn menu. I still can take the base object ID of the fire in barrel and placeatme + set angle with console, but I find it too bad that I can't have it in the list. But it's ok, I'm still enjoying adding some items and furniture for the poor inhabitants of the many many little settlements in the game.
Okay so I can grab objects that are glowing gold and can move them (Very awkwardly) but aside from that none of the other buttons are working !? Like there is supposed to be some menu but I have spent 1-2 hours trying to open it with no luck, im not stupid so I can usually pick things like this up quite easily, however I have found the description to be quite confusing and hasn't helped me at all, I have decided to uninstall after much raging over this, if someone who is reading this could possibly provide some help I would really appreciate it, thankyou.
Hello I can try, give some ti me with it , as this look similar to something elinora has on skyrim I've actually printed our the decription not al, just main stuff so I can read it wilst in game since I would like try on the outside of megaton home... Ok spent a couple of minutes with it and its very much like the skyrim mod elianora made., now, the fact that your asking about a menu makes me thinkk you dont have fose fallout 3 script extender " fose" it says in the description under requirements further down the page '" B) Requirements ==================== - Fallout 3 - Fallout Script Extender (FOSE) v1.2 beta3 or later ""
You need this help see menu with ingame controls and also to help with other things too I guess not sure which but it is needed, this really needs patience to use, I'm glad I printed stuff out, I 'm currently trying to use on the cows bucket in megaton for preactice, I get the basics of this, and can be quite conce I wrap my head around trying to scale things big or little , I really cant wait to use this... It also in teh clutter bos a ton of things to use as I'm not sure you can make copies of things like you can with elianora's mod, ... but going to play around with this some and see what happens...
This is one of THE essential must-have mods. Plain & simple. And the latest version does work with the older FOSE, maybe not entirely stable, but I've had what? 3 crashes in about a total of 12 hours spent in FengShui mode, and twice when spawning objects. All in all, in no greater frequency than during the regular game...I even have a moldy diner bench and a BBQ on my Megaton porch now, so no complaints, just praise here!
Yes, there is. There are instructions and an ESP file contained in the mod archive/download that will allow you to "re-map" the number pad keys to other keys on your keyboard. It is not what I would call a simple process though, as you will need to make the changes using FO3Edit. Time and patience will get you using the mod.

I do, however, have a problem with it that occurred recently (it was working well before this glitch)
I had many mods up and running, including MMM, FOOK, FWE, Imperfection, EVE, Lone Wanderer theme, among others (no problems with the game at all, and no problems with Feng Shui at all).
Having uninstalled, then reinstalled the game (with all the relevant patches and updates, and yes I've run it in FOSE, and yes I have all the mods in good loading order) and reinstalled all my previous mods except FWE, the feng shui book does not appear in the Aid section on my pipboy.
I've unistalled and reinstalled feng shui time and time again, and it still won't work..... Help and advice would be most appreciated.
can i get the id number from you for the book, please? because so far this mod is just taking up space in my load order and is not usable. The author is not answering this feed.
Which to download? I ask because the updated ones say they are work in progress. I like this mod. have used similar in FO4 . but that one used a third party tool. this works with RTS, please say yes? thanks.

Got the FS book's ID from FO3 Edit, added it, and works fine now
