I can't recommend this mod. The mod needed extensive cleaning in FO3 editor. It was loaded after all the other texture mods and therefore should have overwritten the previous. It looked good overall but some parts of walls were missing and the NPCs wouldn't function correctly. Finally, the tower would just disappear at a distance and/or make it look there were two towers.
As a rule, I don't download a mod that has the last updated the same as the original update. I violated the rule. Oops. I trust mods more if the uploader has checked back to see if there are any problems and if so, then updates.
The mod didn't need any cleaning whatsoever, so stop spewing nonsense. And your rule to download a mod sucks. There's modders who have it right at the first try. You're missing out on 80% of the mods with your 'rule' and you put more trust in mods that didn't work properly at first. The logic in that is flabbergasting...
I have to use this version instead of the inside and out version because I already use a mod that adds fast-travel points to both the Megaton house and the balcony outside the Tenpenny flat. For the time being, I don't want to risk a clash between two mods.
I need to have a look at your other stuff. You've made quite a few mods that I'd like to use but had overlooked so far. Seeing a medieval warrior on the lawn outside Big Town didn't exactly inspire me to download the mod. But I need to look at it again.
Thanks for keeping this mod up, as much as I love the full mod dearly, it's a bit drastic considering the Fallout world. The tower looks beautiful now rather than an eyesore, and the walls are the perfect height, Tenpenny Tower now feels completely closed off from the rest of the world, and very safe as you can't see the dangerous and dead wasteland beyond the walls.
It's been a bit since I played this game, but the only thing I can think of is perhaps a conflict with another mod.
Have you tried my full upgrade to the Tenpenny Tower. It includes the changes made by this mod, so you would need to disable the esp for this mod. The other mod includes a fancy apartment and a complete retexture of the interior of the hotel.
Bond ! i have the wall textures set correctly, and i've set everything in place correctly but the barriers outside looks exactly the same as before any help?
looks great, very amazed at ur work....i wish u could hav added fresh water in the fountain though....that would make it look better, and maybe some kind of pool, for both of ur tennpenny bonds mods, otherwise amazing detail, u cease to amaze me!

However the defense walls around the tower are still the same slabs of cement instead of the new ones.

Also are you using some form of archiveinvalidation. The best one would be FOMM.
And lastly did you check the esp and activate it before starting your game.
