The only working mod to disable heal during rest. But I would like to ask the author, maybe it’s not difficult to make a version of the mod without the quest item and mod setup. It would be great. Thank you.
I tested, It works perfectly at 2020 (which is impressive considering it's from 2008 and the game changed a lot in terms of code - a lot of old mods are broken because of that). Very nice work, sir. Kudos. - BUT I CAN'T GET RID OF THAT DAAAAAAAMN QUEST ITEEEEEEEEM!!!! - It bugs me. It just drives me MAD, and not like mad max. Stopping to think about... being mad like max would be cool, and even more so in fallout. There's even a mod that allows you to change the mysterious stranger to max, but i digress. - Also using the console with player.removeitem ItemID requires the ItemID. That no one has. And i don't know how to use GECK. And don't want to learn to keep my inner peace - i will never learn how mod games or i will never stop. - One more thing: Everytime i sleep my health goes 100% and then back to where it should. It's very fast and you won't notice. It's a problem with loading order or that's how should be? I don't know.
Very nice. Sleeping is no longer so incredibly cheap, which is great. Perhaps you should make any bed give you well-rested as well? I always thought it stupid only certain beds could (although I do get Bethesda's rationale behind it).
EDIT: Wow...I really fail. I just realized that there's a vanilla perk that does this. I'll go fall on my sword now >_<.
stat - getav/getpermav str - 5/5 per - 7/10 end - 4/4 cha - 5/5 int - 8/8 agi - 10/10 luc - 7/7
The character is lvl 13 and has found several bobbleheads. After my last post I enabled the RI Primary Needs mod and then disabled it (without the ingame uninstall again) and it undid some of the penalties. I used to have (-) by Per, End, and Agi. Now it's just Per that has the (-).
Edit: Weirdness, I re-enabled your RI Primary Needs mod again and again disabled it without ingame uninstall and now all my stats are as they should be. Very odd. Personally, I don't think RI_PN should have the Good Condition buff to Agi, but since my Agi is maxed anyway it doesn't affect me.
Hmm? It's very odd.
Usually, Perception effects is most problematic. That's because RI - Primary Needs does not have any Perception modifier. And I highly recommend use Uninstall option for uninstalling RI - Primary Needs.
Anyway, seems your special stats are now okay "> Thanks for detailed report.

Is there a way to reset all penalties? I think I did something weird when trying RI thirst, hunger, sleep vs. the BasicNeeds mod and my character is stuck with -3 Per, -1 End, and -1 Agi even with all relative mods disabled and nothing displayed in the Effects list.
Oops, diabling ESP with penalties are sometimes makes permanent stats changes. Looks like your BasicNeeds and RI's penalty became permanent. There are really no way to reseting by manually.
Check your status by using console command:
Player.GetAV [Stat] Player.GetPermAV [Stat]
If you can provide Current Actor Value and permanent Actor Value for each status exactly, I'll try to address your issue.

Is there anyway for me to edit the esp to make it so the settings I want will automatically be selected? And to remove the config item out of the game?
Well Rested. Hard. No Well Rested Effect. Health Recovery. Default. (Endurance & Strength)/2 Limb Recovery. Hard, No Limb Recovery.
I uploaded 2.2.1. In 2.2.1 you can set global variable for enabling/disabling config item. I'll add this option in menu later.
And currently, no menu skipping available. This needs much more script changes.
