Wow, just wow. I've been looking into tweaking the silly sleep in fallout3, as most things are hardcoded I was about to give up until I've found your mod.
It just works great and is very flexible - I can really appreciate the amount of work needed to make something like this possible, especially with the game limitations.
I've also edited it to load my settings without the config menu for future personal use, thanks !

I would've liked to have seen health recovery and limb recovery use different SPECIAL stats, just to add some weight and depth to choices. Strength and Endurance, I'd say.

I normally don't like "realism" micro-management mods, (it's a GAME for crying out loud,) but this is a good one.
