Munitions Expert Perk allows Small Guns users to remain competative against energy weapons at higher levels by making custom loaded ammo (higher grain, hollow points, etc).
There are two levels of the perk, adding 25% per level to the damage of most ballistic weapons.
The perk is available at level 22 and requires a Small Guns skill of 75.
Place the ESP file into your Fallout 3 data folder and activate it using FOMM or via your FO3 startup menu under "Data".
I have included addons for weapons from Point Lookout and The Pitt. If you would like to use them, add and activate those ESP's as well.
