Basically I first thought Lyons offer you power armor at the Take It Back quest, I thought why standard armor, why not the Lyons pride armor, So I did a tweak to get it per quest.
I thought for an elite outfit the armor should be modified by the users. So I upped the health to the same as enclave armor with +2 strength, 42 DR and -1 agility, plus +1 endurance, so it aint uber armor but It just seemed to fit the We ar an elite outfit feel.
