Changelogs
Version NPN
Added an optional version that removes the &PCname;'s from the forms. In the file ending in NPNesm1/NPNesp1 fixed the oversight of not removing it from the creatures.
Version 12
Fixed an error with the guard menu and reset counter menu.
Fixed an error with some not setting the xself variable that prevented some commands from working.
Fixed the error where it would activate a second tracking for the npc while it was being revived.
Fixed an error where the a1.5 did not have its inventory items other than the collar as it was accidentally selected when the collar was added to the other npcs in last update using FO3edit to change their inventory's resulting in the same inventory on all this mods NPCs .
Added inventory items that will be removed during original reviving so that if its one that resets its inventory it will still have the collar, armor , weapon , and ammo the a1.5f starts with due to the nature of the way the game works all existing already revived npcs may receive these items.
Mercenary outfit 03 Laser pistol Ammo for laser pistol
Version 11
Corrected an issue where it would sometimes hang if the npc fails to match any of the checks for the type to place
Corrected an error in the console scripts maintenance menu area.
Added a countdown timer to reset the quest variables if it takes longer than 2minutes to finish reviving an npc.
Added the npc cherry to the ones that can be revived apparently she got missed the first time through.(with over 2700 npc forms made to copy the original models and names it was easy to miss a few)
Added a command all followers to wait/follow command under set a specific mode selection this includes the standard followers Fawkes, Rl3, Dogmeat, Butch, Clover, Jericho,StarPaladinCross and charon if any of them are hired and told to wait they will follow/wait when this command is given as well as any currently teamed followers added by this mod.
Made a change to their inventory so you wont loose the collar if their inventory resets.
Forgot to mention it in the update it was done but added &PCname;'s in front of the npc names to reduce confusion when targeting this adds your players name to the revived npc example "Player's Raider" will be seen instead of "Raider".

Story
The professor left the commonwealth to continue research on his modified slave collar calling it a power control collar he set up shop in an abandoned tent north of paridise falls in this isolated camp he prepares to finish his invention.
when you arive you will find the aftermath of the slavers last attempt to stop him or if in time witness it.
What this mod does is add a small quest finding the log on the professor or the collar at paradise falls starts the quest Repairing the A1.5 unit finishes the quest and gives you the key to the professors machine that makes the collar. for detailed info on how to use read the readme files.
Use either the esm or the esp they are the same file just one is esm to allow changes to be made by bsp files and to get around that head body race mismatch that seems to occur when using bsp files.
Notes
1 if you have already done the unmarked quest of finding argyle and telling dash wood about it argyle may be missing made an attempt to have it put argyle back if he isn’t their however if it doesn’t work you may have to use the console command to enable him or use the optional file to put him back in rockopolis.
3 Sometimes the corpses weapon doesn't transfer and vanishes so best to loot it then trade it back to them before reviving them.
4 I have made a replacement npc for nearly every npc in the basic fallout 3 game so the replacement should still have the look and name of the original however if you use a mod that changes their look or name they may revert back to the original look and/or name. tried to add a replacement char for each nonessential npc in the original fallout to make it a bit more realistic.
5 ONLY INSTALL the esm or the esp not both they are the same file one was made esm to allow easier modifications should anyone wish to do so and to get around a strange error in the geck where the head will be one race and the body the default race.
WARNING
There is a self destruct that happens to npc chars that are not in the form lists and cant be changed with the new method that checks race, level, and class to pick the revived model so loot anything important as the only thing left is the collar (just in case you forget to loot important quest items the rest of the items will be found in the footlocker in the professors tent).
