   I cant seem to get it to work. i used nmm as well as putting a copy in every sound folder in my data. i am the true biggest gary fan and will pay you or someone to help me get this work

   Someone just needs to take the final step and turn EVERY LAST NPC INTO GARY.

   How about this? Make all Gary friendly and perhaps add some in the Wasteland? Better yet, how about a follower or some gangs of Gary?

   Actually this does look like a funny mod, and I might get it. Those Garys are one of the oddest things in this game..
