You need to update the description. This mod needs abbreviated effects in order to work at all, its mandatory. Here's the mod if anyone needs to find it.

Everyone, make sure to install both these mods with Fallout Mod Manager, otherwise known as FOMM. Do not use Nexus mod manager or Vortex as they do no work with 50% of the Fallout 3 mods, including Abbreviated effects.
Aside from that, its a pretty cool looking armor mod. The stats are little tacky though, if I could edit them I'd make them only slightly better than Hellfire armor. Still, I like it very much :)
