On it's own, I really dig this perk. It's amusing as all get out to leap head-first into a mob of bad guys with nothing more than my claws and costume and make it out a-okay.
=D
I DO have a few issues with it, but that's mostly just minor nit-picky stuff that I can overlook. Good job there, TheOneness!
EDIT-ADD: Additionally, THIS is the perk that's really got me wanting to learn how to screw around with G.E.C.K. Whether I actually stop being lazy and do it is another story entirely, but I felt that was worth noting.
This is great. First time I've ever used extensive unarmed/melee (which is it?) in many many play throughs of FO3. The costume bugs me as its not classic comic wolverine and its stuck in my inventory, but it comes in handy when I really shouldn't be running around naked, even though I can.
Mods a bit unbalanced, I rarely ever have to take a stimpack ever, well unless I get head bashed by a behemoth a few times, or ghoul gang gored.
Great stuff!
Oh also noticed that after taking "upgrade" the wolverine perk shows up in the perks selection menu again. Kind of odd. Tempted to take it twice just to see what happens, but prefer adamantium claws to bones.
One thing thats lacking, and maybe there is a mod out there for this. After clawing a dozen talon company or raiders or what have you, shouldn't my naked body just be totally dripping with my victim's blood? Yeah....it should.
I love it! With all the mods that I have added that, altogether, boost the difficulty of combat with enemies, the end effects of this mod aren't even unbalanced in game play.
The outfit's awesome, and the claws are beautiful~
great mod true wolverine feel, and thanks for the help with Dark Claw, and by the way the Dark Claw mod will be more balanced for the very difficult setting on fallout, I'm thinking 5hp/sec -2rad/sec for basic healing factor

Thank you!
Can't play without it. And its not overpowered. I use a damage increaser and even with this perk I have to be careful, daeth comes quick sometimes.

Probably too powerful but certainly too much fun. Thanks for sharing this mod and kudos for making the longer claws!
