   Okay. I've now added a test addition file which makes nights a lot darker and gives clear skies in and around DC all the time.
   
   Naturally, like the other files in this mod, if you use this don't use any of the others at the same time.
   
   Anyway, let me know your thoughts.

   Hi, Wastedisposal. Hmm...I'm running Fellout as well and everything looks nice and dark, but let's see what's going on...
   
   Which version of Fellout are you using, and are you loading it before or after my mod?
   
   Also, are there any specific DC areas in which you're seeing this effect, or is it all areas in DC?

   Gonna try this. Hopefully it removes the "fullbright" feeling from DC. Also you should add a version that removes the default weather 100%.
   
   EDIT: Hmm it seems it makes the darker nights from fellout much brighter for me.

   I'm running that mod here and not seeing any issues so far, irrespective of load order in fact. It all works as advertised.
   
   That said, there really shouldn't be any issues. My small mod isn't doing anything more than the vanilla game is capable of doing. There's no fancy scripting or anything non standard to tread on anything else's toes...

    Small update now available. Full details in the description.
    
    Basically, this reduces the daytime glare and blueish tint and now uses more suitabily atmospheric ImageSpaceModifiers for different times of the day.
    
    Hopefully it looks good for you!
