I couldn't get the underwear textures to work either until I switched the / to in the ArchiveInvalidation entries. Those that have trouble, try this instead:
check Fallout.ini ("cocuments and Settings{user name}My DocumentsMy GamesFallout3FALLOUT.INI" in XP), bInvalidateOlderFiles = 1 ? and ArchiveInvalidation.txt (in game dir) contains following strings: textures/characters/eyes/eyebluef.dds textures/characters/eyes/eyeblue.dds textures/characters/eyes/eyegreenf.dds textures/characters/eyes/eyegreen.dds textures/characters/eyes/eyedarkbrownf.dds textures/characters/eyes/eyedarkbrown.dds textures/characters/eyes/eyedefaultf.dds textures/characters/eyes/eyedefault.dds textures/characters/eyes/eyeghoul.dds textures/characters/eyes/eyeraider.dds Textures/Armor/Underwear/underwearf.dds Textures/Armor/Underwear/underwearf_n.dds Textures/Armor/Underwear/underwearm.dds Textures/Armor/Underwear/underwearm_n.dds ? In ArchiveInvalidation.txt use only "/", not ""
I am having the same problem, the underwear just don't seem to work. I changed the ArchiveInvalidation text and set the Fallout.ini text to read correctly. Does anyone know what is happening?
I moved the category from "Clothing" to "Models and Textures" since this is a texture replacer rather than adding clothing to the game such as with a plugin that creates a unique set.

hey hey! good stuff here! this definately seems a more plausible alternative to the other underwear mods that change them into stupid ass bright outfits and poo.
However you NEED to seperate the eye color adjustments from the underwear. Make them separate, so we can utilize whichever we prefer, as I've already got eye colors going that I prefer.
Do that and I'm sold ">
Edit: ^^^^ Will omitting the eyecolor changes in the archiveinvalidator leave the eye changes out when I apply the mod? Especially since most of us changed the fallout ini to use newer files instead of orig -- Because the ini change makes the archiveinvalidation moot... I don't think people realize that yet.
