Worked it out and got it all working perfectly now. Facistinabag had left out a script reference. I also re-wrote the note messages to be more appropriate and explanatory.
I also merged his 2 mods into one (less useful items) and all seems to be working.
These are 2 excellent mods by Facistinabag and all credit and praise to him.
I will contact him to see if it is okay to post the new working version on the Nexus.

Not working for me either. Really appreciate the effort though and i really like the idea of this mod but it needed more testing. I am at max good karma and still no gifts. I can't seem to locate the NPC who is supposed to activate the gifts so that could be the problem. I will do some testing and post back as i really want to get this working.
The idea is good, but I think its not working for me either (I will keep it activated for a while thought, just to be sure). Also, could I ask moving the Megaton box infront of your house? Thanks.

Yep, they sure do, anything that's put in there will be just added to the pile of gifts.
