Yeah the name is sort of a misnomer. Like I said, this was made to a request, so it wasn't my choice of effects. Maybe I'll change the name of the file...
well, the stats don't really fit the theme i think that a perception bonus would fit better, since a sniper must find targets from afar and i would give the melee bonus to the small guns, since i don't assume you'll ever need to get close and personal but that's just my opinion good luck to you
That would be cool, but I doubt it will, it's not going to appeal to many people I don't think. It was requested by Nukafish so as long as he's happy....
