It's very frustrating that the GECK doesn't provide a means to export/marshal/pickle a plugin to and from plain text files in a structured/standardized folder tree. That would have given us so much: for e.g., it would've enabled version control and therefore much simpler co-operative hacking on mods (github, for e.g., would rock).
Anyways, syntax highlighting and your other scripting efforts are much appreciated!
Thanks to Drayk_Cannon for pointing out several typos and missing functions from the [acronym="Garden of Eden Creation Kit"]GECK[/acronym] v1.5.0.19 to me, I've now updated the syntax highlighter to v1.2:
- Fixed typos - CrtitChance to CritChance, SetPCToddle to SetPCToddler and GetMinRangeGetWeaponMaxRange to GetMinRange GetWeaponMaxRange - Added new functions from the [acronym="Garden of Eden Creation Kit"]GECK[/acronym] v1.5.0.19
Thanks guys for your comments and endorsements! I've just spotted and fixed a typo affecting [acronym="FallOut Script Extender"]FOSE[/acronym]'s SetUIFloat and SetUIString functions, so I've updated the syntax highlighter to v1.1
I've used Notepad++ for years for all sorts of things. It really is a very good product and one of the things that makes it stand out from the crowd is the ability to do functions like syntax highlighting.
I have used the other named highlighter but I find this one to be a lot more crisper and cleaner. I can't endorse this yet but I will when I can.
