Very nice, it makes you take quite a trip through the DC and the reward is a really nice shelter, totally post-apocaliptic. It's not hard finding what needs to be found, but still interesting due to the fact that there are no map markers to make it super easy. Oh yes, after installing through NMM go to your Data folder and manually delete either english or german esp file (both get installed) because otherwise you will have duplicate notes and other objects.
Fantastic player home! It's small, realistic and visually appealing despite being a cluttered scavenger's home. I will admit that I was having some trouble at first trying to locate the note in the Muddy Rudder, but after I located it on the bedroom desk, everything else quickly fell into place. Samuel was where he was suppose to be and before long I was using the Feng Shui mod to decorate the walls with my player's trophies. This really proves that the page one files are not necessarily the best and that it pays off to look through all the modding options. Thank you Charlie for providing this!
For people looking to download this home, I would highly suggest installing FWE so you can make use of those portable chem and med packs. Just set them up anywhere in the room and you'll instantly have all the amenities that you would have found in Megaton or Tenpenny Towers. And for those people out there like me who like a little bit of organization to their cluttered home, make sure to get the Feng Shui mod as well. It will allow you to move around the clutter objects that you would normally not be able to grab hold of.
Once again, this home is perfect for my lore-friendly, scavenging character.
If you haven't already, I suggest downloading Razorwires portables mods as they fit with the theme of the scavenger hideout especially the portable crates mod. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/users/574047/?
Finding hideout wasn't really that hard. If you can't find it, fast travel to Georgetown South. You should see the collapsed metro. Manhole leading to hideout is there, near the Georgetown/The Mall Metro doors.
Uninstalled. Couldn't find Sam, he was missing even with the latest update. After some research I gathered that it was somewhere in Georgetown. Couldn't find it there either after hours of searching.
I would love to endorse this, as it looks like a great mod. If possible, please post a walkthrough.
Alright, this is pretty frustrating-... I've found samuel and I'm in George town... I've searched BOTH the metro AND the Sewers and I STILL can't find this stupid manhole -_- Where is it?

EDIT: nevermind, it was incompetence on my part
