Id also like to add that people having problems with this merge should really, really read the load order help, Or use BOSS as now this mod is added
Download both the assets AND the main files. Enable only the esms and DLC plugins (if you have the DLC's)
Then use these plugins, they should load last(after FOOK+FWE) Fook should load before FWE btw.
Then download FO3edit FO3Edit : http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=637 Load all the Mods your using and after it is done Right click anywhere on your list and Create a merged patch, once its done you NEED to load this at the end (should by default) this should hopefully clear up any CTD's and problems. I havent had one

FOOK2 v1.0 RC Installer (1.10 GB) Is the one you want, Download it and only enable the ESMS (not the esp's)

With the latest merger update, special bobbleheads don't seem to have penalties anymore. is it normal?
