Could someone send me a video on how to install? I want the red texture and I'm using Vortex to manage my mods. Or could someone give a step by step instruction on how to install correctly?

[Feels very 50s-ish to me] Exactly :-). Just when I got these turtleshell glasses,which are very 50s too, I jumped in Photoshop and made Polka dot undies.Add that hair=american classic look. Hair texture is unchanged vanilla.I play on probably very high settings,not sure. All I remember is that anizotroping set to 15 and AA to 4 and HDR is on.
Yep,have to rename old files if you wanna keep them for later use or just overwrite them with new ones if you don't.
Example: I use Red undies,I wanna try Black(or any other underwear from about 10 mods available,but wanna keep red just in case. I go to Crogram FilesBethesda SoftworksFallout 3Datatexturesarmorunderwear and rename files underwearf and underwearf_n to REDunderwearf and REDunderwearf_n ,then install Black undies(or any other),play,get bored with Black, go back to same folder,rename underwearf and underwearf_n to BLACKunderwearf and BLACKunderwearf_n and rename REDunderwearf and REDunderwearf_n to underwearf and underwearf_n,go play with Red,get bored,go d/l some funky new undies and...you got the drill.
Most of clothing mods currently are stock texture REPLACERS,there's no CS yet and other modding tools are being worked on and ironed out etc.
If you talking about about FALLOUT.INI -you have to do it only once. If you talking about underwear FILES: only one set can be active at a time,this is a replacer.Either overwrite or rename files. If you talking about archiveinvalidation.txt you have to ADD new lines for every NEW mesh or texture you put into Data folder which REPLACES stock one or just d/l THIS:http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=944, delete archiveinvalidation.txt and FORGET about it.

Then most likely you either dropped "textures" folder from retex into wrong place OR (and this is my fault) you need to edit FO3 INI. file: Open up FALLOUT.ini in My DocumentsMy GamesFallout 3 with Notepad or other text editor and locate the following line "bInvalidateOlderFiles=0" and set it to "bInvalidateOlderFiles=1" This will tell game engine to look in your Data folder for newer versions of files before loading stock BSA.Needed for every replacer mod.Sorry forgot about this thing,my bad.
This is the first mod i have tried for fallout 3, so i didn't have anything to replace. I just took the files and put them into my data folder, the way i used to for oblivion. Then I took the txt file and also put that in my data folder because i didn't have one before. Did I miss something?
