Bryan Wilks "searching for you" AS package fix. Finally.
After speaking with Moira (first time you leave the Vault 101), go outside
Megaton (or near Super-Duper Mart), wait for him 2-3 hrs. and you'll see
him coming.
If you don't speak with Moira (first time you leave the Vault 101) and go directly to Grayditch, you'll find him near the
Porta-Shelter prattling about his ants.
If you enter in dialogue with him, he'll give you the quest. If you do *not* enter in dialogue with
him (leave him be), he will start searching for you, *after* speaking
with Moira, anywhere *outside* Megaton.
This brat and his blasted ants made my hair platinum-white.

New in CivisRomanus Unofficial Fallout 3 Fixes Dialogues 1.4

1. Fix for Carol, Vera Weatherly, Mr. Buckingham and Nova scripts when you rent beds. The timer is properly set to 24h, no matter the hour, day or month of renting.
2. Rendered inert DialogueOasis quest responsible for dealing with Harold, if "he" is set on fire. No real need to keep checking this right from the start of the game. Moved its conditions elsewhere.
3. Rendered inert DialogueMegaton quest. No real need to keep resetting some variable for Cromwell which is reset anyway in his own script OR to check every 5s if the Almighty Badass Lone Wanderer has entered Megaton clinic OR if Moriarty is dead and Gob replaced him as the owner of the Saloon. Moved these conditions elsewhere (except Cromwell's conditions which are deleted now) and they (conditions) will be checked only in Megaton area.
4. Rendered inert MS10Fin quest responsible for Apollo's Oracle cryptic predictions and guidance with Blooseer Poplar and moved its conditions elsewhere.
5. Rendered inert MS17Fin quest responsible for Agatha's poor attempts to playing a Stradivarius, moved its conditions elsewhere, checked only if Agatha is among the living.
6. Rendered inert MS18Fin responsible for downloading data with the Geomapper and moved its conditions in dialogue lines with Reilly.
7. Shawna's inventory will be restocked every 3 days with 700 caps to buy your useless items.
8. Fix for Naughty Nightwear exploit in dialogue lines with Lug-Nut. If you want that useless item, you have to kill Lug-Nut OR pass a Speech challenge AND not sell it to Ronald Laren.
9. Tercorien will give you more Cryo mines and Cryo grenades and he will do it "right away" when he will say "Here you go". He will also give you Adapted Biogel much more faster than before. The broken mess in DLC05ConvScript (related to dialogue lines with Tercorien) is also fixed and will run only in Engineering Core area.
10. Fix for Cherry's dialogue lines ("I'll take you to Rivet City"), if you have finished the quest without getting the key from Dukov.
11. Better subroutine calculation after giving Pre-War books to Scribe Yearling.
12. Fix for Agatha dialogue lines in Agatha's quest. As I said, don't bother too much with this more than annoying boring fetch quest. Execute Agatha, get the violin, sell it to Azhrukhal and be done with it.
13. Fix for MS06Fin quest responsible for dialogue lines with Hanibal Hamlin after Head of the State has been finished. No real need to check every 5s if slavers around Lincoln memorial are in Paradis Falls area even if they have been killed before. Rendered inert this quest, corrected conditions and moved corrected conditions elsewhere.
13bis. The more than annoying "Can you heal my radiation?" with doctors will appear only if you are irradiated.
14. Gob will show the location of Underworld on the map, if you ask him "Where did you come from?" when you first speak to him.
15. You can give pistols (Scoped Magnum, .32 pistol, Chinese Pistol, 10mm Pistol) to Daniel Agincourt in Taft Tunnels, if you don't know until now.
16. "Can you help get us through this?" with Alex Dargon, Garza and Daniel Agincourt will appear only in Taft Tunnels. It makes no sense otherwise.
17. Fix for some dialogue line with Dr. Li after she exits form Taft Tunnels.
18. Fix for Protector Casdin "pickpocket weapons and armors" exploit. All given items will be removed from his inventory after "bye, bye" him.
