kamikaze actually sounds pretty insane. one handed>mutate fast shot+gifted is like the indisputed best combo. that many action points bonus actually makes replacing either fast shot or gifted sound like a competent alternative. can you run this in a save file or do u need to start a new game?
(WARNING Desperate cry for help) PLS help me, i don't know what i'm doing wrong this is the first time i tried installing a mod but i can't seem to make it work, i don't know how to install SFALL, there's no clear guide for installing mods into fallout 2, everything i do just goes wrong, i've also tried installing it with the Restoration project but i don't know if it will work with it, i don't know asnything about modding, help me, please
