The only constructive criticism I can give is about the character's skin tone. We've known it for a while now (Since F3 or maybe before), and it wouldn't be silly to differentiate it from the background color (example: The image illustrating the STRENGTH is a bit strange).
it's fair to say that you expected the skintone to match fallout 3's vaultboy, however, in Kamos5's defence, the vaultboy is a reflection of the player character, and in Fallout 2 the pc is a tanned tribal, I'm fond of the skintone personally!
That make sense yes. It's just strange that his skin is in the same color of the paper behind. Even from F1 & F2, vault boy was a pale guy, since he never seens sunlight btw. Glad someone red me XD.
Manually download zip file and copy "data" folder into your main game folder (e.g C:\Fallout 2\) -> you should get message about overwriting some files (unless you are playing on vanilla).
