Multimonitor support

Modification:
Adds a configuration that allows you to play the game not only just the primary monitor.
(Adjusts the position of the window horizontally.)

Requirements:
Fallout 1 High-Res patch V4.1.8 08/03/14

Installation:

1. Localize your install folder of "Fallout 1"
2. Backup your original file "f1_res.dll"
3. Unzip the mod package into game install folder
4. Run the "f1_res_Config.exe"
5. Enabled the Windowed mode (right side checkbox)
6. Press "Manually Edit Config" button.
In the opened config file
7. In "[MAIN]" section, check\set the "WINDOWED_FULLSCREEN" key value to 1
8. Add the "SCR_X" into section "[MAIN]"
(The value of key calculated on 9.step)
9. Choose a 2nd monitor where you will play the game.
If this selected monitor is on [...] side of primary:
9a. When RIGHT side. The key value is the primary monitor resolution width pixel
9b. When LEFT side. The key value is the 2nd monitor resolution width pixel, negative sign
10. Save the "f1_res.ini"
11. Enjoy the game

Uninstallation:
1. Localize your install folder
2. Find your backups (installation step: 2.)
3 Copy back your original file "f1_res.dll" into install folder (owerride the modded file version).
