Requirements:
A copy of Fallout
To use the icons:
Select your game's shortcut on the desktop
Select "Properties"
Select "Change Icon"
Select "Browse"
Find and select the .ICO file where you downloaded/extracted it.
Select OK/Apply and you are finished!
