Adds a trait in sovereign creation that adds a baby dragon that gradually grows to become strong the dragon starts at level 1, and is tiny. It suffers -50% xp bonus.
I am unsure how balanced this is, so please leave feedback on it. *Note* Dragon appears normal size on strategic map, but look different in tactical combat
