Thank you for downloading my Assassin Outfit Retexture!

I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to view, download and install my modification for Fable: The Lost Chapters.
After spending some of my own personal time to wrap this Mod together in a package and then tie it with a nice bow- I mean, test it.

[Originally, this was made for my own personal pleasure. But, since I am nice, you can also try it out!]

This Modification was created and then tested by me (Stoned_Villager on FableTLCMod.com) with a fresh/new, Vanilla version of the game.
Which means that this mod should be 100% safe for you to install, containing no real bugs or issues as far as I am aware.

So please restrain yourself from messaging me abuse that your game doesn't work, when I have obviously checked to see if this works.
IF you are having issues or you notice a mistake in my Mod (and don't forget feedback!) feel free to let me know and remember - BACK UP YOUR GAME.

I don't mean just back-up your game once, what I recommend doing is making a Vanilla back-up and a Modded back-up (if you already applied some by now).
Just as a precaution. Simply so you have something to lean back on, incase this mod isn't for you.

Hopefully, before even applying this mod to your game, you have Read this WHOLE ENTIRE document and looked through my screenshots.
IF YOU DIDN'T DO THIS: Then that is NOT my problem.
You can't blame me, because you weren't sensible OR organized about modding a game that you claim to like. You should of already been prepared.

If you applied this mod to a version of Fable, that was ALREADY modified, then the results may vary.
So keep that in-mind before telling me anything about how this mod effects your game.

Unless you know exactly what files/folders this mod alters, then your only option is to re-install your game at that point and start all over again!

Now that all the important stuff is out the way, you're probably thinking to yourself - "Why did he make this mod?"

Easy, like any mod that I try to create for any game - there is usually two reasons:
1) I don't like how something looks/works in the current Game or Mod, that I am playing with and feel like it needs a little tweaking here and there.
OR
2) I don't believe I have seen anything like this be released before to the public (or may no longer exist). Trust me, I have done some digging.
[However, I must admit that I can forget where I left-off when downloading sometimes, since there are soooo many mods to browse]

So, we have established why I decided to try and make these mods,
but the real question is: Why did I make a Raziel Retexture for the Assassin Outfit?

I like the vanilla version of the Assassin Outfit (despite how light it looks most of the time).
Despite that, I felt like a rexture of Raziel's outfit (from Legacy of Kain), would be a great idea to add to the game!

All I did was recolour the Assassin Outfit, so it had more of an orange tint to it. Then I applied another layer ontop of the texture, to do the markings.
After that, I added the PNG files to ShadowNet and then packaged it all into a .BIG File, using a Vanilla copy of Fable TLC.

I also wrote this whole entire document that you are reading, I took some Screenshots for you and placed them in the folder that you downloaded
and alongside those, I wrote out a document, talking about some mods that you should consider getting with this mod. Just some advice.

SORRY, if all of this text seems like it is too much for you, I just want to make sure that you know what you're getting into!

NOW; for the part of all this, that you have probably been reading everything just to get to - WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO?

It's really simple, actually.
This modification is a .BIG file of the textures that I created and is supposed to merge with the textures of the Neutral Assassin Outfit.

I am also working on other retextures for the Assassin Outfit, so make sure to look out for those in the 'Retextures' section,
over at the 'FableTLCMod' site's forums, that I linked above in the DISCLAIMER.

INSTALLATION:

IF the Installation guide has a '[CHECK]' next to it, then this means that you should have ALREADY done this part before thinking about installing.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Download this Modification from Avarice's Post at the site: NexusMods.com [CHECK]
2) Extract the contents of the Archieve that you downloaded, into a new folder [CHECK]
3) Make a fresh, new installation of Fable: The Lost Chapters OR have a legitimate copy of Fable: The Lost Chapters already installed on your PC [CHECK]
4) Back-up your entire game folder by copying it from its original location and then pasting it somewhere else on your computer [CHECK]
5) Download and then open the application - ShadowNet (or Fable Explorer) [CHECK]
6) Right click on 'Textures.big'
7) Then click on 'Merge with BIG'
8) Select 'Raziel_Outfit.big' from the folder that you extracted
9) Now, click on 'Actions' and then 'Save Mods and Run Fable'
10) Test the Modification out and see if you like it or not!
