Its in SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fable The Lost Chapters just plop it in there, Tel is so lazy to put guide installations it is better to ask your deadbeat dad to teach you stuff.
The other texture files from this guy have the same name as their internal name. This does not share the name, or isn't a texture, so no clue how to install it.
