   Would kill for a 2 handed one. I'd also love to be able to install this, as the Fable Editor just crashes immediately. :(

      I'm not really that familiar with UE troubleshooting, but maybe updating your c++ redistributables etc. might help?
      
      Another would be to disable steam overlays.
