I'm really having lots of issues trying to save on Unreal editor. I'm not surprised why the modding community didn't really take off after the release as "DLC" Unreal editing lately has gotten so many bugs and crashes quite a LOT even just saving modified texture files.
But I'm not saying you should. These DLCs are some of the most lazy and shameless cash grabs ever made. They are only cable of existing due to how light on content Fable is, and how you can't really add anything into the game, atleast in a way that would be compatible with any other mod that does the same.
So I know with Redux, you have to rename the game.bin file to gamehard.bin to get it to work on heroic difficulty. Do you have to do the same with the Redux version of this mod? Also like that you can combine OP sword of Aeons.
Heya! I just wonder if you could tell me or if you could describe what you changed specifically in gamebin/gamehard.bin so I can change it myself through Fable Explorer to fix the misaligned textures. I don't really want to replace my current game.bin since I have modified it quite a bit through fable explorer.
You know, looking back I really should have wrote that down.
But If I recall correctly, I adjusted the gloves and the boots visual ID value(s) of the DLC armor, because they forgot to apply the correct texture swap. And if you've already done work on your game bin, you probably can locate the armor. I think it was called BLACK something or other, because the naming convention for the armor was mostly just calling it the "black dlc armor".
Best option would be to open your own bin, locate the boots and gloves, write down the visual/graphics option IDs, and compare with ones I've uploaded, so you should be able to tell what was changed exactly.
The DLCs are disappointingly lazy work. I honestly think they were done by an unpaid intern.
I honestly would not recommend paying for them, and not just because all they had to do is make a texture swap and they could not even do that right, and not just because they could not bother to fix it later via update, and not just because to call them "content" is like calling the hole in a doughnut a part of the doughnut.
Maybe this is a stupid question with a very obvious answer and if so I apologize, but I installed this and it's only working for my boots, not the gloves. I installed the main file for just a vanilla playthrough. Can someone tell me how to fix it?
Installing mods for Fable is a hassle so I don't blame you if you have issues.
Anyway, you can try this:
In the editor "Content Browser" -window, go to the left lower corner section to the "Packages", and search for: "Black_Battle_Armor_Full_outfit", then right click on it, and select "Fully Load".
Then on the "Object Type" panel, tick the "Textures" -box (instead of the "All (50 Types)" -box), so it only shows textures.
I'm a total derp, sorry for wasting your time. I accidently skipped the second step, the overwriting the files in the main game folder part. I thought I did it because the boots had worked and looked awesome but after making sure I did it this time it's all fixed and the whole suit looks glorious. Thanks very much for this mod.
On a side note is there a guide somewhere that explains how to merge mods like you did with your optional patches for this one? I have a few little mods I'd like to add in but they all edit the game.bin files.

Aeon's Armour is a new black set made by re-texturing Archon's Armour, that comes with one of the DLCs.

Now try to search and replace the textures.

The combinations that I've done, are all done manually using Fable Explorer.
