i tried everything i could, even the suggestion made by @bulbasaur7is3bae and the mods just do not work! why does the hero have to be 60 year old when he meets his 60 year old mother! THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENSE PETER!!!!
It took me a while to figure it out but I did. Download the modding DLC on steam, go to play fable and a menu will come up to play fable, modded fable, or open the editor, open up the editor. 3 popups will be there when you do, keep the one labeled content browser. At the top of it there'll be a search bar, search HERO_SKIN_FACE. there will be 2 blue pictures that are the face overlays, right click on them and select reimport texture, then right click again and select save. Hope this helps :)
