let me say some words. It based on UESettings for PC and is inspired from this mod https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/maximal-graphic-preset.54383/ i did many time invest to test different option to find better setting, this in the result. I dont have the best grafic card, only msi 1070ti with 8gb Vram but thats ok for the game.. if you have 2060 3060 or something can you doing better setting for raytracing if that ue support. if you use 4k, 5k resolution or somthing, need you to change the screen setting in this download file.. its on 1920x1080 full hd set and tested.
go to this downloaded file->GameUserSetting.Ini and change to your resolution. set after edit, write protection on this files that the game not overrite it.
copy/extract both ini files to C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\F1Manager22\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor make a save copy before you overrite it. before you start the game, be sure this setting increase the performence of your grafic card, i recomment to use afterburn tool or like this to overwatch your card. active fan speed to 100%, and set a temp limit to your card.. fexpl 85degree.. (or what your card can before she crashed) you will need 6-8GB VRAM
be sure your grafic driver setting is correct and with activated options like
antializing = x8, fxaa=on, anisotrope filter=x16, multi frame sample= active, texture neg load bias = clamp now have fun..

with the standard settings my graphic cards seems to sleep and the fans just go uo by max. 50%
if it would not force the GFX on that limit, i would continue to use it
