Make agents and tourists go home empty handed with no heat.
Details
Make searching agents and tourists waste their time, since they will go home after they don't find anything.
This mod uses the Hotel Lounge Bench (Hotel Lobby) to decrease/reduce the agents and tourists stats:
a) Attention
b) Smarts
c) Endurance
Agents and tourists will be carried out of the Hotel by Valets, outside they slowly regenerate their stats over time.
However their go-home-timer will be triggered, resulting in less or no heat
when combined with "Mod - Indestructible furniture inside Casino and
Hotel + no heat".

Build a Hotel Lobby inside your main lair at the openings with a lot of Hotel Lounge Ben...
