Hey, been a while since I checked up on this mod. If you are having issues with Ivan spawning, it might be due to overwriting things. If you want to be safe, do this instead:
Go to Evil Genius/DynamicResources/Custom/Characters/Henchmen/00503-Henchman_ivan.desc OR wherever the 00503-Henchman_Ivan.desc is and open it (I recommend Notepad++)
Paste below ThreatRating/HeatGenerated field (These are the Aura fields):
Also if you want him to not use Rocket Launchers, change these fields to the following:
ItemType=Character ItemData=0 ItemVisiblyCarried=true ItemAttachedToBone=Bip01 L Hand ItemMotionSet=M_M,M_M_Carrying_M_M.as ItemMotionSet=M_L,M_L_Carrying_M_M_A.as AnimationType=M_M_A
If you have already a mod that changes the stats of Henchmen installed. It's best to manually add the Auras to All of them! Hope this helps!~ I recommend using the Gameplay Overhaul, it already has Ivan as having the machine guns, by default, if you use this, do the manual method :D
With the time this mod has, the error with Ivan could have been fixed.The reason it doesn't appear is because the file is badly done, in all the lines for some reason you have left a space causing Ivan to be broken.So the solution is to remove all these useless slots and he will spawn with the machine guns and auras.
This mod causes Ivan to not appear it appears. As the single file here only alters some of what needs to be done.
Check RaTcHeT302's site, he has many mods that are updated there and not here on Nexus.
Get his Dual MG Ivan mod. Unzip it, then read the description of this mod page to alter Ivan's desc file to get the aura, eg "If you have Henchmen Mods / don't want to tweak Ivan/Rambo already installed:" ... Then paste the edited RaTcHeT302 mod where you normally would and viola!
P.S. Also I have a feeling that because Ivan doesn't show up with this mod, that Rambo may not either. Though either way I didn't want him to have a rocket launcher so I just deleted SuperAgent_America.desc...
P.S.S. I have many mods running and they're all working together. Blue Ivan is also 100% compatible (with what I have running), so you can keep your memories of Red Ivan being a base destroying nuisance. With Blue Ivan being a Dual MG wielding saint with a holy aura sent from the heavens (you can also edit Strings_Henchman_Recruit to state that he has MG's instead of a Rocket Launcher, if it really bothers you).

I'm also having an issue with Ivan not appearing on my island after completing his Act of Infamy. All the prompts happen but he never arrives, I tested the others and they all arrived straight away. I'm only using this mod and the placable base entrance/no rock mod.
