Sorry for taking an eternity, it turns out that I did make the Blue textures for everyone, I just misplaced them. I've uploaded the textures and the PSD files on my website. I actually lost some of the textures, so I had to recolor them, but it wasn't too difficult to do.
My backups were a mess, I'm finally starting to get things organized, things have been a mess in real life for me, apologies for this insane delay.
Better late than never I suppose. This is horribly embarassing for me, but I'm really trying to get things sorted out. Apologies again. The Evil Genius pages shouldn't be a mess for too long anymore, and now that I finally had some time to setup the website, I should be able to finally populate it with actual content. I've been waiting since god knows how long to add something as simple as a search bar, I finally had some time to sit down and to figure a simple solution out for a static website, seeing as there's no content management system, so I sorta have to cheat a little bit, in order to offer more functionality.
I don't know what colors to set workers to, I might change their belt to be Blue instead, I'm not sure. I tried to follow the style the game had, just to be cosistent at least. I want all the Minions to still easily stand out, even if you are not really paying much attention to them.
