So where is version 1.3? Details page says latest is v 0.1.3 but files page has only 1.1 or 1.2. Maybe I'm missing something?

Hi ! I download this mod but I have a problem : when I try to use 5000 for strategic ressources abundance I get only tier I ressources ( titanium and dye). I tryed on normal map with huge regions and 25 ressources max per regions. Any advice for fixing it ? Between it's a nice mod !

It tells you how/where to install the mod in the description. Here's the relevant information:
"---Install Instructions--- Unzip the mod into the Community folder located at ...Documents\Endless Legend\Community If the Community folder does not exist, create it first, then unzip the mod into it."
I'm having issues with world generation freezing up forever if I try and make resources or anomalies any more abundant than default. Anything I can do to help it not freeze up?
Hey there, love the idea of this mod. EL's map choices are a little bland, and this really spices things up. That said, I have noticed a few issues with it, some settings tend to bug everything out and spawn all the factions in the mountains on the bottom of the map (mostly the tiny region sizes, or ridiculous amounts of anomalies/resources, but also some conflicting FIDS settings). Would be neat to have some sort of detection in there, or some improvements to make the maps actually work.
Also, two games played and it seems that this mod makes the market not function properly. I don't know why, but when I play on maps made using "Full Customization", heroes are the only thing that work properly. No new mercenaries, luxury or strategic resources ever appear.

The spawn all faction on the polar mountain bug is due to you trying to spawn too many resources in a region size that's too small to accommodate the random generator (at least that's my assumption without any coding knowledge, I deduced it through many trail and error). I think if you play with tiny region you can have a max of 15 resources, and every region size add a limit of 5 more on 1 region. I'm pretty sure the large amount of anomalies is intended if you set it to 5000 yourself.
Of course those are just my speculation, not sure what the author thinks.
Yes, I've had this happen once myself. Thanks for the idea qinlongfei, I'll try look into that and check that that's the cause.
EDIT: I've done some testing, and to many resources/special tiles for the region size does seem to be the problem. I added some restrictions now to help prevent that, but region sizes vary somewhat in-game, so it may still occur.
So, all this stuff that is nice but doesn't actually matter at all, meanwhile there is no fix to be found for the aggravatingly broken minor factions especially early game? ffs at least Endless Space could turn pirates off.
