it works! only I've noticed that IF your autosaves are disabled, it won't work...maybe that's connected to the fact that, when you press the key, the message in the upper left screen shows "Autosaving" and not "Saving". kinda unimportant, now that you think about it, but just to keep you informed

Thx for this handy mod. I just have one issue and one feature request.. Upon sitting the save won't be created.. that's sad because I often sit down and save before ending my gaming session. A message upon savegame creation would be nice, too! Thx a ton man!

      Hi.

That's not intended to be honest. There are some "safety checks" to avoid the mod trying to request a save when it shouldn't (i.e. when you're in a menu or during a scene). It seems like it's preventing you from saving when you're sitting. I'll look into it. As a workaround you can still save normal through the menu.

"Message upon savegame creation": It should say "automatic saving" in the top left when it's creating a save (although it's misleading as it's actually no autosave but a normal save). Or do you mean a messagebox popping up?

Ok thx. I'm getting no message on top left corner.

But nvm I'm using "Skyrim SafeSave System Overhaul - Rotating save and optional Hardcore mode" now: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/19399

It's working perfectly with Enderal and has (auto)-rotating fullsaves

What's the difference between this and F5 quicksave? This makes a full regular save, I'm guessing, which would be convenient as it would no longer need to exit out to menu. Also quicksaves are notorious for sometimes not saving in Bethesda games, and seems to be true in Enderal as well of course.

      Hi.

Sorry, I was a bit lazy yesterday and haven't copied / adjusted the full description of the non-SE-version. I've done that now.
It's exactly as you say: You get a real save with pressing a key instead of having to go through the menu. Just keep in mind that some keys are predefined and therefor shouldn't be used.
I don't know why the game shows the notification for autosave but it makes a real save.

      Greetings KuroPurple
