This is an Enderal patch/port of LeucisticDinosaur's Oblivionesque Lockpicking Redone.
As part of porting this, I updated it so that the following perks are used in place of vanilla Skyrim perks:
Wax Key->Replica
Quick Hands ->Shadow Player
Locksmith ->Master Thief
Functionally Master Thief and Replica work the same in the new lockpicking system as in vanilla Skyrim.
I updated Shadow Player so that on top of it's modification of reducing the chance to get detected while lockpicking, it gives a 60% chance of not creating a detection event if the player breaks a lockpick.
Massive kudos to LeucisticDinosaur for optimizing the performance, it's incredibly more responsive than the previous iteration.
