This mod is a set of personal tweaks to the Marketplace Player Home - Interior Design mod by Dwemercog. Notably, it adds a bath area to the house and implements some of the features and scripts used in the House at the Marketplace - Redone mod by nerjaveika.

Once you purchase the deed and enter the house, immediately interact with the Expansion board and buy the furnishing upgrade for 300 pennies. Some of the scripts are tied to this.

Features/Changes:
  • The lower bedrooom has been changed into a bath area - complete with a working faucet and new clutter. The bed has been moved up
     into the attic.
  • A new section of the attic has been added to accommodate for the moved bed. An EVGAT patch is included that adds a ladder to reach the attic.
  • An activator has been added to quickly move all of your alchemy ingredients into the nearby container.
  • Some of the containers names' have been changed to match the location of them.
  • The Koppophon when acquired can be placed on the study desk across from the trophy shelf using the backpack at the bottom of the
     table.
  • Some furniture moved/disabled as they were causing pathing issues for Tharaêl, Salem the Cat, or other NPCs in your home.
  • A trophy shelf has been implemented, where you can display mementos for several important quests or collectibles in the game:

Bug Fixes:
  • The potion container has been made immovable.
  • The containers have had their scripts removed so they don't trigger Lockpicking/Sleight of Hand bonuses when placing Pennies
    inside the containers.

Things to Take Note:
  • Since the bed in the house has been moved up to the attic, I recommend using my EVGAT patch included in the file archive to
     access the attic using a ladder node. The trapdoor to the attic is still present if you do not wish to use the optional file. Just hide/delete the EVGAT .esp.
  • One of the mementos for the "A Song in the Silence" quest is gender specific. Download the optional file if your
     Prophet is female.
  • The original mod was using one of the scripts present in the Skyrim - Misc.bsa that is absent in the v.2.1.0 mod release of
     Enderal. I have included this with the files(shouldn't conflict with anything).
  • The Koppophon is the placeable furnishing variant in order to make the music box play its tune. You can exploit this script by
     entering the furnishing system to take the Koppophon and the existing one will still be in the backpack below (honestly if you have the Koppophon you've likely reached the end of the game and should have amassed more gold than you need at that point).
