This mod is a set of personal edits to the .json and .txt files to the Skyrim Character Sheet mod created by mlthelama to better work with Enderal SE. Currently working as of version 1.1.4.

Notably, I have changed the structure of the Stats Inventory UI that appears when you open the inventory menu, with it now being structured in the following groups: Equipment | Weapon | Stats | Skills. Skills have also been renamed to match Enderal's naming convention for them i.e. Entropy for Conjuration, Psionics for Illusion, Mana for Magicka, etc.

The skills tab will now display all your character's skill levels, which makes calculating how many learning books you need to consume before hitting the cap or identifying how much you need to buy a much easier ordeal. The base values are the ones in parentheses - keep that in mind.

I have shifted the rest of the cost reduction/effect modifiers that were originally in the Effects tab over to the Weapon tab, since there's a lot of unused space there.

Complications/Concerns
The base mod was created and intended for Skyrim, so a lot of the corresponding menus such as the Faction/Player/Thane menus will not work / cause a CTD when you attempt to tab to them. I have edited the input.json file so that you can't open these menus. Only the inventory menu will open automatically when checking your items, and it can be closed/reopened by pressing the '0' key.

Enderal uses a different set of global values to track Learning and Crafting Points, and without rewriting the code or creating a patch for the mod these values can't be viewed in those menus.

Due to how the mod functions, the UI will only update its values when you equip an item/close out of the window, so this isn't a perfect catch-all solution for managing your learning book economy. Nonetheless, being able to see how many points/books you need from the inventory screen. will save you a Tab > H > I command to swap back to the Hero menu to check.

Most of the Armor Sets in Enderal have names that extend past the 24 character limit for base Skyrim, so they will show up funky in the inventory UI. Outside of renaming the armor names to be shorter not much can be done here.
