I really wish there was more much more storage and a better bathtub. The attack could have been made into anything better than what it is. In any case, good job.
Looks like the new esp has some errors in it? You edited some objects in the cell "FortKastav01", which doesn't exist. Both of the objects in that cell overwrite objects that were originally in the house, so I'm assuming that's where they should go. I barely know what I'm doing though so probably best to check it out for yourself
I don't use Enb) Lighting as in the screenshots, yes, but I would like a little more of this lighting)) I realized, I was thinking if it was possible to add light somehow) Sorry if I'm bothering you.
Кароче если ты рил с Грузии поймешь меня) Просто в доме чутка темно, да я понимаю атмосфера и т д и т п, но хотелось бы чуть больше света =) И да извини что так надоедаю тебе))
I was so disappointed with the vanilla house when i entered it after spending three days scraping the money together to buy it (not one home in Ark has been spared from my burglary spree because dungeon delving wasn't an option with my low level). Now it feels much more like an abode that an aristocrat would reside in.
The only drawback is that i will have to revert to an earlier save and lose some progress because i already bought the house but that's honestly not that big of a deal.
How do you get items out of the weapon displays? A few big ones you can just interact somewhere, but no luck for daggers and items within the cases.
This other thing is probably more out there, but couldn't there be at least an optional version with a forge somewhere? Unlike the Market quarter house, there isn't one closer that's not two loading screens each way, and it's not a furniture option.

i accidentaly put my favorite greatsword -_-
i also didn't saved -_-
I'm wondering because of this particular sentence in the aforementioned mod's description:
(E: Just tested. The parts they edited within the room to the right unfortunately overlaps with the furniture added by this mod which really sucks.)

I made sure to start from a save where the house wasn't purchased, although the quest to buy it was already active.
*Edit* Works as intended, i just needed to pick the "erudite" option on the expansion board. Looks splendid and very cozy, endorsed!
(although i would suggest adding that info in your description to prevent people from wasting hours to troubleshoot an issue that isn't one).

+1 for a smelter item.
Everything else is great though.
